I've been listening to a few things. Most notably Iggy Pop, Black Dice, and Love and Rockets. I gotta keep shaking up what I listen to to make sure I don't get two-tired of any particular song. It brakes my heart when I get sick of one of my favorite tunes.

Oh helllllllllll yes!!!

And I've been digging a whole bunch of Eternal Tears of Sorrow. I would say they were the first melodic death metal band I got into. Actually, one of the first metal bands at all.

And I just got some of their newer stuff and it makes me think of a Kalmah/Sonata Arctica mix, which is fucking great. Fuck. I love music so much. Especially badass metal with badass keyboards and badass solos.

DUBBLE POST.

Dalriada's newest album, Ígéret, is pretty damn awesome. If you like folk metal at all (or just metal), you should give it a listen. It's definitely my favorite album of the year, so far. <3

I just saw them open for Clutch a couple months back. Fucking great band. I really dug them.

Wow. I'd almost forgotten that she exists.

Discovered Wanda Jackson. Wonderful.

And Hillbilly Moon Explosion!

Both because I went to last.fm and looked at artists similar to Imelda May.

Me too... until I heard Femme Fatale. Seriously such a delicious electro-pop album.

I love it, haha.

I recently got into Greek Fire because of the song "Doesn't matter anyway" that I hear constantly on the radio here. I finally had the chance to check them out live a few weeks ago and was hit by their amazer beam! They didn't play long, but it was long enough to blow my mind. The singer was surfing the crowd on some red couch looking thing and doing back flips on stage.

So I bought the album "Deus Ex Machina". There is a song on it called "Down in Mexico". This song owns me.

They've only been around for a couple of years, but if they ever swing your way I highly recommend seeing them.

Lately I've been listening to Journey, Kansas, and chiptunes. I love me some chiptunes. My favorite chiptune artist is Sputnik Booster. In general I listen to a really wide variety of music from j-pop to heavy metal to techno. I just don't see any point in sticking to one genre of music.

Their original songs are pretty good.

I recently found the band Arcade Fire. I love their music videos, especially, it's really inspiring. Also have been listening to quite a bit of random dubstep...

My music tastes change every week, practically.

My problem with dubstep: once you've heard one song, you've pretty much heard them all.

As for music, I've seriously been digging some Tegan and Sara, Mazzy Star, and Sneaker Pimps.

Though I got the new Polkadot Cadaver album. I need to give it a good listen. I hope it's as good as the first album. Cause that shit was so good. Sooo gooood.
